This is a custom rom CyanogenMOD 7.2 RC2 for mini galaxy.
Were added in this update are a few tweaks on CyanogenMOD Settings, such as bootoption to disable animation, enable boot sound, internet tweaks, etc..
There is also a useful bootanimation changer to change the boot animation, and manyother new features than previous versions, CyanogenMOD 7.2 RC1.
How to install:
1. Backup all your important data. The firmware you have to gingerbread, it is advisable to use fw dxkpd which can be downloaded here
2. Flash CWM if none exists.

3. Download custum rom CyanogenMod 7.2 rc2, moved to the directory / sdcard /
4. Install via the CWM by going into recovery mode (press the power button and homesimultaneously)
5. In recovery mode, select install zip from sd card> choose zip from sdcard, select the fileupdate-cm-7.2.0-RC2-GalaxyMini-KANG-signed.zip
6. Wait until the process is complete
7. When finished, go into recovery mode again, select the data wipe and wipe the cachepartition
